2. Nutella mug cakes
It doesn’t get much quicker and easier than this microwavable recipe. But, make no mistake — it’s seriously indulgent! It requires just three ingredients: Nutella, a gently-whisked egg and all-purpose flour. Mix them all together in a mug, then pop in the microwave for one minute. 6. Shakshuka eggs
This is one of those recipes that looks far more complicated and difficult than it actually is!. With North African and Middle Eastern influences, Shakshuka (or, baked eggs) is commonly eaten for breakfast, but can really be enjoyed any time of day! Add tinned tomatoes, onions, garlic and spices to a skillet or pan, and cook until lightly simmering. Then, can crack your eggs on top and cook until they are to your’s (or mum’s!) liking. Top with a generous amount of fresh herbs, and some goat’s cheese if you want to add some extra flair.
