1. Tell us a little about your business?
Laser Clinics Australia has been a part of Malvern Central for 4 years, providing laser hair
removal, skin treatments, cosmetic injectables and Coolsculpting to the local Malvern
community.

2. What is your position and how big is your team?
I am the franchise partner, overseeing a large friendly team of 11 beauty therapists and 2
cosmetic injectors.

3. What’s the best part about your job?
I love all aspects of running a busy clinic, ensuring that my staff are well-trained,
experienced and friendly. My therapists love to help all our Malvern clients with their laser
and skin needs, and have missed them enormously over the past months.

4. Tell us something people might not know about the business?
Last year we added Coolsculpting to our available treatments, which is an innovative way
of freezing and destroying fat cells, resulting in up to 27% reduction of fat in targeted
areas. Clients are experiencing great results in stubborn areas such as abdomen and chin.

5. What is the most popular treatment at the moment?
With summer approaching, all laser hair removal treatments are in demand.
Coolsculpting is also becoming very popular.

6. What product/service can you not live without?
Personally, a regular appointment with my cosmetic injector!
In terms of products, our Skinstitut hydrating mask or new sheet masks work wonders.

7. What do you like to do in your spare time?
Spare time is family time, including 4 grandsons, plus some hand stitching to relax.

see her on LCA shopfronts all over the country and in New Zealand. Many people see her
on our clinic poster and don’t realise that she actually works at Malvern Central!
