Centre Services

At Malvern Central, we offer a range of services to make your shopping experience more enjoyable. Visit the Centre Management office on the Lower Level, where we are happy to assist you in all aspects of your visit.

ATM's

You’ll find ATM facilities (ANZ Bank, Bank of Melbourne, Commonwealth Bank and Westpac) located on the Upper Level.

WIFI

Malvern Shopping Centre offers free Wi-Fi throughout all areas of the centre. Simply enable Wi-Fi on your mobile device and select Malvern Central FREE Wi-Fi. Terms and Conditions Apply

CENTRE MANAGEMENT

At Malvern Central, we pride ourselves on our high level of Customer Service. From giving directions to lost property, our Centre Management staff are there to make your shopping experience easier. You’ll find us on the Lower Level, near Peter Alexander.

DISABILITY ACCESS

Wheelchair access for our mobility customers is available at both entrances to the centre. Lifts are also available both in the carpark and in the centre. Wheelchair hire is a free service for customers who have either permanent or temporary limited mobility.

It is available during all centre trading hours but must be booked at the Centre Management Office during office hours (9:00am-4.00pm Monday to Friday).

LOST & FOUND

Lost something? We can help you find it. Report your lost item to the Centre Management Office, located on the Lower Level near Peter Alexander, and we will call you straightaway if your lost item gets found.

PARENT'S ROOM

We understand shopping with kids can sometimes be a little challenging. To make it easier, a Parent’s Room is located on the Upper Level near The Athletes Foot. The room contains nappy change tables, a microwave oven, TV broadcasting kids shows, play area and secure toilet facilities.
There is also a nappy change facility in the accessible toilet on the Lower Level, down the corridor next to Seed Woman.
