Ingredients

• 1 x 6 pack hot cross bun
• Lindt bar of your choice (125g or more)
• 8 Marshmallows 
• Butter to spread 

Method

1.       Preheat oven grill to 200 degrees celsius
2.       Cut hot cross bun pack lengthways in half (as per video)
3.       On the bottom side of the hot cross buns, evenly space the squares of chocolate and top with marshmallows  
4.       On the other side of the hot cross buns, spread an even layer of butter
5.       Put in the oven for 3-4 mins watching closely so the marshmallows don't burn
6.       Once browned, remove from oven and place the top buns on top of the marshmallow layer 
7.       Pull apart and enjoy!
