Easter Rocky Road

Not sure what to do with all of those leftover Easter eggs? This delicious no-bake Easter Rocky Road is quick, easy and the perfect sweet treat to cook with little ones.


  • 10 easter eggs of your choice
  • 3 x large creme egg
  • 8 Arnotts scotch fingers
  • 8 Allens snakes
  • 10 marshmallows cut into small pieces
  • Large Cadbury blog 360g
  • Handful of speckled mini eggs


  1. Roughly chop the scotch fingers into 1-2cm pieces
  2. Cut marshmallows into 1cm cubes
  3. Cut the snakes into 4 pieces each
  4. Unfoil the easter eggs and chop/shave with a knife to create smaller pieces
  5. Melt chocolate block in a bowl over boiling water
  6. Once melted add the snakes, marshmallows, scotch fingers, and mixed eggs and stir.
  7. Top with speckled eggs and place in the fridge for 2-3 hours until hardened.
  8. Remove from the fridge, chop into bite-size pieces and serve.
